Error: Driverless Key "Key not returning code..."

Error:

The new driverless keys has a security function where if the software is left idle for over 12 hours, the key will automatically time out.
This will disable all function of the software and prompt you with an error message:



Solution:
You must first close your project then the software:
Project--> Close, then Project--> Exit
Once you reopen PTW, you can resume work with all functionality.
**Advise to always close your PTW at the end of the work day with dirverless keys**
