Is DC Arc Flash in v7.0 included in 2012 NFPA 70E?

DC Arc Flash is included in the 2012 NFPA 70E under Annex D.8. It is implemented in PTW V7.0 using the Maximum Power Method (D.8.1.1). This method is based on the IEEE paper, "Arc Flash Calculations for Exposures to DC Systems" authored by Daniel R. Doan.
