How do I fix Crystal Report data errors? (Inconsistent Study Report)
Proceed with the following:
When a Crystal Report shows data or information that is not consistent with study reports, the most common problem is that the Crystal Report has not refreshed. To refresh a Crystal Report, click on the “lightening” icon.
Upon successful completion, the Crystal Report should now be updated based on the most recent study.
