Getting the F1 Help file to run in Windows Vista and Windows 7
When trying to launch the Help within PTW by hitting the F1 key, the error message below is displayed:
On computers that are running Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Server 2008 R2, you may be unable to open Help files that require the Windows Help (WinHlp32.exe) program. Please go to this page from Microsoft to download a patch to open PTW

An alternative Help file is also available (HTML Help). In order to use HTML Help, update your software to V7.0.1.9 Build 1 or later.
