Instructions on how to update your new network FlexLM license file on the server


1. Run LMTOOLS.exe as administrator and go to the “Start/Stop/Reread” tab. Click on the “Stop Server” button:


2. Go to the “Config Services” tab. Look at the “Path to the license file” field.



3.Go to that license file path and overwrite the existing ptw32x.lic with the new one.
4.Go back to the “Start/Stop/Reread” tab. Click on the “Start Server” button:



5.Update all workstations with the new ptw32x.lic file, overwriting the existing file in \PTW32\bin
