Destroying Component Base vs Scenario

When needed to destroy components from your base and alternate scenarios, you need to go to Scenario Manager and set the option to "Promote Base changes....". Then go into the base to destroy the specific component(s). This will allow the destroy effect to be propagated to the other scenario. Note that destroying a component in a scenario will only destroy that component in that specific scenario.
