FlexLM License server stops after user closes PTW

After a user logs off PTW, they cannot login again. It appears the FlexLM license server has stopped and needs to be restarted to allow users to open PTW again. They keep restarting the license server every time a user logs out. 

Run lmtools, go to Config Services, and ensure that the Use Services and Start Server at Power Up boxes are checked. This would run the license server continuously.
