Printed Files Showing Blank or Black Image Instead of Desired Picture

There currently an issue with the latest Windows updates in March 2021 that users have reported various printing issues such as BSOD, syskey errors, and with our software, printing causing picture files to show up as either black or blank spaces. This can happen in both printing labels as well as printing forms.

In order to resolve this issue, you will have to uninstall the 'KB500802 and/or KB500808' updates as those are the updates that are causing the various printing issues within the Windows operating systems. 

To uninstall these updates, go to your Control Panel and click on the 'Uninstall a program'

Once in the 'Uninstall a program' section, click on the 'View installed updates' link:

There you will find an 'Update for Microsoft Windows (KB5000802/KB5000808):

Right click on the field and click the 'Uninstall' button:

The process can take a few minutes. After uninstalling it, it will prompt you to restart your computer. After the computer is restarted, your print for forms and custom labels will be back to normal.
