Helpfile window appear blank (F1 command doesn't work).
"Help" function is ok on the server but not on local workstation.
Solution:
Your workstation computer doesn't have chm file. You have to copy it from the server computer.
Here is the location of the file: (C:) > PTW32 > Bin
However, you won't be able to open the help file through the PTW program; you will have to double click on PTW32.chm file to open the Help file.
The only way to fix this issue is to have PTW install on individual local computer.
NOTE: PTW must be place on Local C drive.
