No Arc Flash results on some buses

I am not getting incident energy returned on few of my buses during the Arc Flash Analysis, but I am getting values on upstream and downstream Buses

What could be causing it?

Solution:
Make sure to have "Do not include in Arc Flash Study" box unchecked.
