This would save hours and hours of my time.

I was informed that there is a find and replace for component names via "Global Change"

This would save DAYS of time. But SKM has never been one for efficiency.

Trevor Alley, there is indeed a way to find and replace in Data Visualizer.

Daniel Youngk, is that using the Query button? I don't see a straightforward 'find/replace' search in the Data Visualizer. Mind explaining a little further? It would be much appreciated!

To find and replace in Component Name:
1) Run a query of all the components you want to change.
2) Make the Datablock contain the parameter you want to change.
3) Click and drag your mouse to select all of the components.
4) Right click, then select "Global Change Component Name" then find/replace.

To find and replace any specific parameter:
1) Make a query with what you want to find, use the asterisk as a wildcard (I.E. *X* when you want to find all parameters that contain X)
2) Make the Datablock contain only the parameter you want to change.
3) Click and drag to select all parameters.
4) Right click and select "Global Change" to change the parameters.
