VotesIdentify Breakers as Obsolete or Servicable
Add attributes to every breaker in the library and identify as Obsolete or Serviceable.
Obsolete means breakers are no longer produced by the manufacturer.
Serviceable means breakers are available from the manufacturer for replacement.
