Changing the transformer configuration

I have a single phase pole mounted transformer that is connected AB (4160V L-L) on the primary.

The current configuration is shown below.

I can not change the "Rated Voltage" from "2402" to "4160 V (L-L)" or the Type for "Primary" from "A" to "AB".

I have tried changing the transformer but the connections for Primary and Secondary stay grayed out. I have linked it to and unlinked it from the Library.

What is preventing me from making the changes?
