Support Current Differential Relay in Arc Flash Analysis

Please allow for each bus an option of "Protected by Differential Relay" with a user settable relay+breaker operation time. Related, you would add an option in arc flash analysis to include or ignore bus differential relay trips. 

The problem is transformer, bus, and line differential relays are not modeled in SKM/PTW. If one wishes to show the differential relay effect on arc flash, you are forced to put an imaginary instantaneous over current relay in the system that mimics the trip time of the differential relay. This leads to problems: If you tell SKM/PTW to check for upstream mis-coordination in the Arc Flash analysis, you get false fast trip times for various buses downstream of the imaginary instantaneous element.
