votesTextblock Device instead of separate from Devices
Presently, textblock text doesn't position the same as nametags or datablocks. While this can be "fixed" by entering text in a user defined field for single or two node annotations, there are some small issues.
1) The UDF data entry window in the component editor is 20 characters per line and does not hold the window resize once the component editor is closed.
2) With the textblock unconnected to a device, when repositioning multiple devices, the textblock is not selected the same way as devices are when selecting multiple objects. While an additional ctrl-click select can pick up the textblock, it can be extra steps, especially for larger projects
