Query for Failed Equipment in any Scenario

Currently, a query can only be performed that returns components that pass or fail in the current scenario. It would be extremely helpful if there was an attribute that allowed one to make a query that returns a component that fails in ANY scenario.

For example, if I am currently in data visualizer in the base scenario and a bus passes in the base case but fails in Scenario 10, I would like a query that will show that bus even though it passes in the base scenario.
