How do I resolve an Isolated Branch error message?
Overview: When the Demand Load Analysis runs, the following messages may appear in the Study Messages dialog box to indicate there is some type of input data error.
Error Message: "Error, Isolated Branch, Check Report."
Reason: There are branches in the system that are not connected to a swing bus. For instance, if a single branch is placed out of service, and if the components below remain in service, then you have an isolated branch.
Solution: Check the system for components that are placed out of service by mistake.
